Frequently Asked Questions at Fountainview Apartments

Fountainview will paint, punch (repair any maintenance issues), clean or replace carpet/planks and clean the apartment and complete a final inspection of the apartment.
You don’t have to be present when a technician is completing a work order however if you want to be home at the time the work order is being completed you just have to notify the office.
Yes, Fountainview does have on site maintenance from 8:30 am to 5:30pm
Residents are encouraged to log into their resident portal if they need to submit a work order or can call the office.
Residents can come to the office and get a key within office hours, if its after hours there is a fee if maintenance has to come out to your apartment for a lock out.
Yes, parking is available. We have designated parking for our residents as well as parking for visitors.
Fountainview has a playground, washer and dryer facility on site, bilingual staff, WIFI and courtesy pest control upon request.
4. Is your community pet friendly?
Yes, our community is pet friendly, we do have breed restrictions and applicants may have to contact the office for more information.
The standard appliances offered are stove and refridgerator.

The application process can take 24-48hrs it varies pending how quickly verifications are completed and returned.
For your convenience, Fountainview offers the ability to pay rent and/or other fees online via resident portal (ACH, debit/credit, & autopay) and in person.
Future residents are required to obtain renter's insurance with a minimum of $100,000 of liability coverage, you can choose which Insurance provider you would like to use.
Xinity/Comcast is the provider at Fountainview.
